How long for my UK online order to arrive?
Standard Delivery (DPD):
Our courier service typically delivers the next day, but we recommend allowing 3-5 working days from the date of order to account for any potential delays. Deliveries occur Monday through Friday. During sale periods, please allow 5-7 working days for your order to be delivered. Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on Monday, and orders placed after 12 pm will be processed the following working day.
Once your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation email. Additionally, you will receive an email from our delivery company with tracking details once your item is dispatched. Shipping is £6.50 on orders under £200.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be amended. Our warehouse team processes orders quickly, so changes to delivery addresses, email addresses, sizes, colours, adding or removing items are not possible. If you change your mind, you can return the order (or part of it) for a refund or exchange using our return options at this link.
Cancelling an Order:
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. However, you can return the order for a full refund through our return options at this link.
How long for my international online order to arrive?

Overstock Issues:
Occasionally, items may be oversold. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will refund you and notify you via email.
What is your online returns exchange/refund policy?
If you are not completely satisfied, you can return items within 14 days of delivery. The returns form is on the back of the MSKP invoice received with your order.
Returns must be unworn, in the original packaging, and including the dust bag.
Clothing items must be in original packaging with all brand tags attached. Returns are not free; the cost is £7.20.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, and it may take up to seven working days for the refund to be acknowledged by your card provider.
How to start a return:
You will need your order number (found on your confirmation email) and email address.
If you do not know your order number, contact our customer care team at mskpcollection@gmail.com Please note, our customer service can only assist with orders purchased via our website.
Select the items you wish to return and the reason for the return. All items should be in their original condition with tags intact.
Your returns label will be emailed to you. If you do not receive it, check your junk/spam folder or contact our customer care team.
Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect and process it according to our Returns Policy.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method and may take up to seven working days to be acknowledged by your credit card company. Refunds will be issued at the price paid at the time of purchase.
Policy on damaged or defective footwear:
